Our refund policy and eligibility requirements

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You have not purchased a custom domain through our service
  • Your website has not been fully published and made live on the internet
  • Your refund request is made within a reasonable timeframe

When Refunds Are Denied

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Domain purchases are final and non-transferable
  • Published websites that are live on the internet cannot be refunded
  • Subscription renewals are non-refundable
  • Partial month periods do not qualify for proration

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@misitowebs.com with your account email and the reason for your refund request. We will respond within 2 business days.

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, the following will occur:

  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
  • Your website will go offline
  • Account access will terminate
  • Your data will be deleted after 30 days
  • Any domains purchased through us remain our property

Cancellation Without Refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges while keeping your sites active through your current billing period.

Exceptions and Special Cases

We reserve the right to deny refunds for Terms of Service violations, fraud, multiple refund requests, or chargebacks filed without contacting support first. Case-by-case exceptions may be possible at our discretion.
